A 21 story office building with a stunning view of Central Park, the goal here was to enclose the skylight, in order to make it a better experience for the workers and the people in the building. Adding on to the skylight closure, metal flashing was put around the perimeter of the building to ensure safety.
21 story apartment building, with 105 units and one of the best white brick buildings in New York. The job here was Overall Special Inspection.
In the heart of Columbus Circle, the 4 building complex houses up to 140 residents, the task at hand was roof replacement.
The Jane Hotel located in West Village, along with landmark buildings and a view of the famous Hudson River can accommodate 200 people with their luxury ship inspired cabins. With such a building as the Jane Hotel, the exterior has to look attractive, therefore we were given the job to work on a certain area of the building that could ensure attractiveness and safety.
Located in Eastern Manhattan "The Leonori" is a 13 story building with 68 units, and views of Central Park. Our job included loads of repairs to the courtyard and chimney.
Located in Downtown Manhattan "The Hamilton" is a 6 story co-op building that has 214 units in it, we were given the task to replace a roof and partial parapet.
